Michel Villemain has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor business. He has been our CEO since he founded the company in 2006.
Michel has been Vice President Marketing at FEI, and General Manager of the CD-SEM Business Unit at KLA-Tencor. Michel started his career with Schlumberger (later NPTest), where he served in various technical and managerial capacities over 19 years, in Europe, Texas and California. He has served as General Manager for Schlumberger ATE Europe, Vice President Marketing of the Test Division, and General Manager of the Probe (IDS) Division.
Michel graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France, and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Orsay University.
Cédric Mayor has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor business, which half spent in Presto Engineering across various executive management positions.
Cédric has been holding several technical and leading managerial roles within NXP Operations as part of the asset light company vision. He was in charge of advanced products maturity, manufacturing processes Release to Production to Third Party Suppliers, and automotive key account support. Cédric started his career with SOISIC (start-up later acquired by ARM ltd) as lead architect for embedded memory. platform solutions (bitcell to compiler IP release), with several patents and papers in the field.
Cédric graduated from Ecole Centrale Marseille in France; he holds an MS of Physics & Electrical Engineering and four patents in the area of chip design.
Sophie has 10 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy in international industrial companies.
Most recently, she held a global finance business partner role at Sibelco where she served in various senior positions for 8 years. She was positioned in Asia for 4 years, where, as a finance director, she integrated a new acquisition in the group and set up local teams. Before, she was a global controller supporting the group CFO in Belgium. Prior to this, she was a financial analyst at Total in Netherlands and in M&A at Total and Société Générale in France.
She graduated from French business school ESSEC with an MBA specialized in Corporate Finance.
Alexandra’s passion for HR began a long time ago (as far as she remembers!) and it naturally led her a specialized Master’s in Human Resources Management and then a Master II in business, in order to give it a larger perspective.
She started her international career as a Training and Competency officer in the US automotive industry (at Arvin Meritor) and then successfully explored all HR aspects of a company (from payroll to labor relationship, project management and leadership) in electronics, semi-conductors and petrochemical—at NXP then at PAC.
Claire has near 20 years of experience in Semiconductor and Electronic Manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Presto Engineering, Claire worked at TE Connectivity for 3.5 years and led the Global Sales & Operations Planning organization for BU Automotive with a focus on transformational activities. Before TE, Claire has been with NXP Semiconductors (later Nexperia as spin-off from NXP) where she served various leadership and expertise positions in Taiwan, Netherlands, and US. Her last position in NXP was Director of Operations to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain and production in internal Front-End and Back-End factories as well as subcontracted manufacturing.
Claire graduated from I-Shou University in Taiwan and holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering. She has also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford Business School in the US.
Bruno has more than 20 years of experience in managing Sales & Marketing in the Electronics & High-tech industries, including 10 years in executive management in semiconductor.
Prior to joining Presto Engineering, Bruno held several sales and marketing leadership positions in the connector industry (Amphenol, Preci-dip), luxury watch and high-precision components industry (MPS), precision plastics (Mikron), semiconductor OSAT (JCET/STATS ChipPAC), and IMI Group/Norgren/FAS. Throughout his career, Bruno has established a successful track record in developing strong relationships with strategic large-scale customers, and in empowering strong growth sales roadmaps.
Bruno received a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ENSAM Arts & Métiers, and a Master of Advanced Studies in Advanced Industrialization from École Nationale Supérieure (Cachan).
